"The staff at FSR were great to..."
The staff at FSR were great to deal with. They were professional, easy to talk to, and didn’t turn my questions into some massive confusing ordeal. They actually followed up when they said they would, which felt like a small miracle these days. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping, so there was a little suspense involved, but overall it was a really good experience.

I got it booked quickly and the site was simple to use. Nothing really went wrong, though I kept expecting some random fee or issue to pop up at the end. So far, no complaints.

The service was decent overall, and the people were nice, but I did feel like they were pushing me to buy extras I wasn’t really ready for. I didn’t have a bad experience, I just wish there’d been a little less sales pressure.

My order went through without any issues. The site was easy to use. Support did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. Overall, it was okay. A few parts just felt slow and a bit unclear...

"Billing seems to have been accurate so far"
I’ve used gofsr.com a few times now, and as far as I can tell, the billing has matched what they told me upfront each time.
I didn’t notice any random extra charges showing up later, which I definitely appreciate. The invoices were easy to read too, at least for what I needed, and I didn’t feel like anything was hidden or confusing.
I did have one small question about a charge, and they got back to me quickly. Overall, I’m happy with how accurate the billing has been so far...
"Really frustrating website to use"
I tried using the website to book something, but it was just... frustrating. The pages felt cluttered, and I couldn’t find the info I was looking for without clicking around forever. At some point I just kind of gave up because it wasn’t clear where to go or what to do next. A simpler layout would help a lot...

I ordered one item and ended up receiving something completely different. I reached out to support hoping they’d help me sort it out, but I didn’t really get any clear answers or updates. It just felt like I was left in the dark the whole time, which made the whole experience frustrating.

I did get my order, so that part was fine, but the delivery took longer than I was expecting. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, just one of those things where you’re kind of waiting and wondering what’s going on with it. Not terrible, just a bit slow

I used FSR the pricing felt fair, fair enough to me. It wasn’t the cheapest option I’ve ever come across, but it also didn’t feel like they were trying to squeeze extra money out of me or anything like that.
The quote was clear and ended up matching what I expected, so that was good, good in a simple no-drama way. I’m giving 4 stars because I do think a few of the fees could be explained a little better upfront.

I was trying to order a few things from FSR, but most of the items I needed were either out of stock or listed as backordered. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but it gave me the impression that availability can be a bit hit or miss there.
A couple of products looked like they might be available at first, but once I clicked through, it wasn’t really clear when they would actually ship. That’s frustrating when you’re trying to line everything up for a job and don’t have time to guess.
The site itself was fine to use, but the stock info really needs to be more accurate and up to date. Based on this experience, I’d probably check somewhere else first if I needed parts on a specific timeline

They explained everything clearly, which I appreciated. It did take a little longer than I expected, but I never felt confused about what was going on. Weirdly, I remember there was a tiny squeaky sound in the background during one call, but overall the communication was solid.

They definitely seem to know their tech stuff, and they did help with what I needed. That said, some of the replies felt a little rushed, like I had to fill in the gaps myself. I get that not everything needs a huge explanation, but a bit more clarity would’ve made the whole experience smoother.

"Getting my account set up was frustrating"
Trying to get my account set up was way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I kept feeling like I was being passed around instead of someone just helping me get started. By the time it was done, I was already annoyed.
